After our last concert in the summer, we said a fond farewell to Kathy Snow as Musical Director, after 11 years in the role. During that time Kathy has nurtured us from a motley collection of people who like to sing into a choir that has performed over many years now, delighting audiences and raising several thousands of pounds for local charities.
We are now delighted and proud to welcome Jane Anderson-Brown as our new Musical Director and look forward to working with Jane and performing for many more years to come.
Our first public performance with Jane at the helm will be at the Apple Pie Fair on Saturday 6th Sept in Marldon. Do come along and listen to us and let us know if you would like to join us. At present there is a waiting list for sopranos but vacancies for tenors and basses. Our first rehearsal this term will be on Monday 8th September in Marldon Village Hall.
